- Department of Health and Human Services was awarded a $2 million Rapid Response grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to expand crisis response services for children, youth, and adults due to COVID-19. The grant expanded crisis response teams at all 10 community mental health centers by providing one additional Masters level clinical and one additional peer support specialist.
